The price displayed for each product on our website does not include shipping. After you place your order, Nim Po’t will email you directly with the total cost, including shipping.

Please note that many of our products are handmade. This means the items pictured on our website may not be an exact match for what’s currently available in our physical store. Our products are sourced from various villages across Guatemala and neighboring countries, reflecting their unique artisanal origins.

Our Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Nim Po’t! That’s why we have a unique process to ensure you get exactly what you’re looking for.

Here’s how it works:

Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll get in touch with you to confirm the availability of the products you’ve selected. Remember, many of our items are handmade and unique, so we want to make sure you’re aware of the exact pieces we have for you. We’ll also confirm the total cost, which includes the products and all shipping and handling fees.

We won’t process any payment until you’ve reviewed and accepted both the specific products available, the cost of shipping and handling and the final total cost. This way, there are no surprises!. And due to this process we offer no refunds.

Shipping and Handling

Please note that our shipping and handling services are provided by a third-party carrier. While we ensure your items are carefully prepared and handed over to them here in Antigua, Guatemala, Nim Po’t is not responsible for the services provided by the shipping company once the products have been picked up from our market.

In the event of any shipping-related issues or concerns after your items have been dispatched, we’re happy to assist you in getting in touch with the shipping carrier. However, once you’re connected with them, you’ll need to work directly with the carrier to resolve the situation.

Because we go through this careful confirmation process with you before any payment is made and before anything ships, we are unable to offer refunds once your order has been shipped.
